Payment Policy

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment by transferring into our bank account, and subject to availability.
If an item is our of stock we will contact you immediately with an estimate of availability. Special orders, that is orders made to order, cannot be cancelled or returned.

Due to the fluctuating exchange rate all prices are displayed in Japanese Yen. Please contact us for an accurate quote including shipping and handling.

Cancellation Policy

Mine's will only process an order once payment has received in full, and do not accept cancellation for any reason. If you wish to cancel then we will be forced to take the item as our stock. Special orders, that is orders  made to order, cannot be cancelled or returned.

Delivery Information

Insured Worldwide delivery is available with reputable couriers by either air or sea.

We ship direct from Japan, so delivery costs will vary depending upon the size, weight, destination and agent used. Please contact us for a quote.
